What you may not do with the Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It describes conduct that is not allowed on Theta. Using the Service means you agree to follow it.
1. You must not
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or store or display content you have no legal right to.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers’ data, or any system or network.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
- Violate the terms of FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Discord, or any other platform you connect or rely on.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or publish content that is hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as we expressly permit.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service, or remove any proprietary notices.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the Service to deceive.
- Use the read-only data access for any purpose other than operating your own community’s Panel.
2. Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access — without refund — where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, or to protect the Service, other customers, or the public.
